Express shipping may be available and will incur an additional cost which will be shown in your shopping cart at check-out.
Within Australia: Usually within 2-3 weeks. This depends on where you live. Some remote areas could possibly take longer.
Within USA: Usually around 4-5 weeks. This depends on where you live. Some remote areas could possibly take longer depending on local courier service provider.

We do not despatch orders on weekends / public holidays
After Your Purchase
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been submitted. If for any reason we cannot despatch your order, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail within 3 days of ordering to offer alternative purchases or a full refund.
If our productrange is not allowed in your country we will notify you and will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We will not provide refunds due to excessive delivery wait times as there may be delays due to being based in a remote region of Australia.
Any Customs Duty fees are determined by the country of origin and are the responsibility of the customer to pay during collection if required. wthefish.com will not offer refunds due to Custom Duty fees. It is the customers responsibility to understand and accept the International Trade code of conduct.
